The shelled kernels are conveyed to our well-lit and hygienic selection area. Here, our skilled quality control team and automated sorting systems work together to meticulously grade the kernels. They are sorted by color, size (such as quarters or small pieces), and quality, and any remaining shell fragments are removed.
