SIAL International Food and Beverage Exhibition (Shanghai) will be held in Shanghai from May 18 to 20, 2026. Formerly known as SIAL China, SIAL International Food Exhibition (Shanghai) is one of the world's top three food exhibitions. Introduced to China by Comexposium in 2000, it is held annually in May at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The exhibition is co-organized by the China General Chamber of Commerce, Comexposium (France), and Beijing Aibo Xiya Exhibition Co., Ltd.
For the 2026 edition, the exhibition will cover an area of 200,000 square meters, attracting over 5,000 exhibitors from around the world and more than 180,000 professional buyers. It will showcase 24 major categories covering catering, supply chains, snack foods, health foods and other related fields.
